Report on Draft Analysis:

First, the clas A surface provided is checked for surface continuity, whether any gap is there between edges is done. Then the tooling axis is decided. For this,first we should assume which direction is going to be suitable for tooling. Then a mid-section of the class-A surface is taken and lines are created collinear to the lines which are on the inclined face of the ribs. Then, a line which is the angle bisector of the above lines, is created. This gives the Tooling axis.
