Report of Draft Analysis:

First of all, The tooling axis has created based on the Depression and projection of the component. This tooling axis will be the path of closing and opening of core and cavity of injection molding, based on this the draft should be provided on the component. The minimum draft angle is 3 deg. The flaws and patches on class A has should be solved. The following image shows the tooling axis of the component,

To get a complete closebody the B and C surfaces could be created. The closebody will be the input element to the featured draft analsysis. Moreover, Engineering features such as ribs and screw boss were created on the B surface. The complete closed surface after creating the B side features had used to get the solid body. Furthermore, The main objective of draft analysis is representing the draft angle which was used to creat the component. The featured drafat analysis has different colors to to differentiate the ranges of draft angles. The below images shows featured draft analysis function after giving closed surface as input,

In the featured draft analysis color scale variation is used to set angle ranges and uses Green, Blue and Red colors for representaion. The ranges between 0 - 3 will be showed as red, ranges from 3 and above are represented with green color and blue color used for no draft. The compass to be fixed on the tooling axis or on the surface to set direction and it can be locked, also there is an option to inverse the direction.

Based on the output, the ribs and screw boss has shown in red color because it has draft angle of 0.5 deg. The B surface and C surface has more than 3 deg of draft angle so that it was represented by green color. The areas with blue color are under drafted.
