To create the Geomatry set with proper name and sub geomatry set also.
A positive draft means the angle of the face, with respect to the direction of pull, is more than the reference angle. Negative draft. Displays any faces with a negative draft, based on the reference draft angle you specified.
RIB:
Ribs are a feature in plastic injection molded parts. They are thin extensions that run perpendicular from a wall or plane. They are commonly used to provide additional support and strength to a part. Thickness and location are essential to rib design.
SCREW BOSS:
Boss features are commonly found in injection molding designs. They are used to aid in the assembly of molded parts by providing a channel for a screw. Designing plastic screw bosses is fairly straightforward but there are a few considerations to ensure a strong connection between parts and mitigate cosmetic defects.
TOOLING AXIS:
Create the tooling axis so we first extract the Tooling axis surface.
And create point on the surface by Normal to surface.
Create the line by refference surface and point.
After create the tooling Axis move to create Class A and B and C.
CLASS A
DRAFT ANGLE ANALYSIS OF CLASS A SURFACE:
CLASS B:
Just offset class A to 3mm.
There was some surface are missing while offsets.
The patch are overcome by the Multi Section Surface.
Make Join and complete to Class B.
We get the complete Class B.
Create the class C
First create boundries and smooth it by Smooth curving.
And Sweep the curves.
Sweep other boundry.
Join Class A C:
Go to trim with class B If any issues such as intersection curve just Extrapolate it will overcome.
Create the Solid part for this close volume by the Close view command in Part workbench and create Ribs and Screw boss on the part body.
Draw the Sketchs and it must should Iso-Constraine.
Create new part body and pad it with along tooling axis.
Pattern it required distance and appropriate direction.
After pad to gives draft angle .
Like wise same to Srew Boss.
Gives Draft angle and pattern it also.
Finally Trim it by the Union Trim.
Gives to Fillet on both Rib and Screw Boss.
