Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss) - Challenge 1

1) create class A surface from given surface

2) create tooling axis

3) check draft analysis for class A Surface

4) create Class B surface

For creating class B surface need to offset class A surface by 2.5 mm

but some portion missing then create new surface and finally got class B surface

after creating class B surface create class C surface

For class C surface need class A surface

Then join class A surface and Class C surface

Then create close surface and create rib design

1) Rib design select extract surface and choose positional sketch

2) and creat two lines and then extrude those lines as per drawing

3) and create new body and then close that body

4) screw design

for the screw design same extracted surface used as in rib design

and finally close body with uniun trim option trim with main body

and then check the body with draft analysis

and its intesection
