FINAL REPORT :-

In this given challenge Class A is not good so i chosed previous door trim for fixing Doghouse.

For the tooling axis of the door trim (main tooling axis) chosed one of the flated plane which is almost midle of the part and parlel to the length. Ater that created apoint on that plane at its midle and created a line Y direction normal to the plane which we chosed.Done the draft analysis for class A and also final closed body all are cleared. After that for creating the dog house we need side core due to the complexity of design. and creat a tooling axis for side core in Z direction. Designed the doge house with proper design guideline.The total dimension of doghouse in 40*40*40 mm. The bottom thicknes of the doghouse is 40% of the total thicknes (2.5mm) of the door trim that is 1mm for that trimed out the inner bottom portion of the doghouse with height of 4mm and creat draft in all the face. The oouter face drafted with 0.5 degree.Done the fillet in the contact area with 0.25 r. Ater draft analysis on the doghouse in side core tooling axis find all the inner face goin to be clear and make no issues.also the outer faces of the doghouse not going to make any problem in molding process in main tooling axis.
