initialy we need to make tooling axis. in door side flange is open in one side , so created a line from the base in Y direction which is taked as the tooling axis and changes the thickness , colour and type of line. tooling axis is the direction of motion of core and cavity. in this part, there should be a side core needed to make dog house, thus created a side core tooling axis in X direction. after tooling axis creation need to do draft analysis of class A. open the featured draft analysis then set the colour varient as we required and coincide compass with the tooling axis , then locked it and placed the curson on the class A and analysed the draft is ok or not.

then started to creating classB. for that first i offset classA to 2.5mm which is the required thickness of part. then worked on the portions where failure occured. and created class C by sweeping edge of classA. and joined it together. then trimmed with the class B to obtain the final surface . then changed the surface into solid by using closed surface. then started to creating dog houses. for that created a point on the required surface and made a axis system, from where mad a dog house with the proper ratio of diamension.

finally did the draft analysis in the tooling direction as well as side core direction.
