AIM: Create the boss and Dog House for the Centre console coin holder considering the design rules mentioned in the video

DESIGN RULES FOR SCREW BOSS

2. THICKNESS: Typically, 40% of nominal wall at base= (0.6* x T) = 1.5mm
   

3. HEIGHT TO DIAMETER RATIO: max of 3:1 ratio of steel width to height, 2:1 is preferred

4. OPTIONAL RADII:25mm maximum radii

DESIGN RULES FOR DOG HOUSE

1. DRAFT: minimum draft for doghouse is 1.5 degrees to die draw

2. RADIUS: 3mm of draft is given on outer walls and 1 mm at the inner side

3. BOTTOM OF DOGHOUSE:

• Doghouse wall thickness at the intersection of the part wall ( C ) should be 40% or less than the main wall stock ( T ).

4. HEIGHT AND WIDTH:

• Maximum doghouse width is 12mm
• 3:1 ratio of steel width to height, 2:1 is preferred

5. WALL THICKNESS: 2mm thickness is maintained for dog house

6. DRAFT ANALYSIS: max allowable draft is 1.5 degree
