Aim:Create the rib for the Centre console coin holder considering the design rules.

Procedure:

import geometry

draw a sketch for the rib

extrude along tooling axis, thickness of coin holder is 2.5mm

thicken the rib

0.4*2.5=1mm, that is the thickness of rib

change the height=2.5*5=12.5mm

draft 4 faces with 0.5 degree along tooling aixs

the width of top face is 0.782mm which is greater than 0.75mm

give 0.25mm fillet of all edges

check rib root thckness, r=1.34mm, d=2.48mm

create 2nd rib and repeat the same operation

gap is 5mm
