Draft analysis results:

The tooling axis is created normal to the base surface.

The draft analysis is done with respect to the tooling axis but multiple colours indicate the need for additional tooling as these require some side cores. The draft analysis is run with a 3 mm draft and the plotted results are shown above. The green surfaces are built as per plastic standards and blue surfaces have no draft.

The ribs are defined as per the standard which is 0.4 times the thickness. The radius, height, draft, and distance between the ribs are also constructed as per the guidelines provided to make it manufacturable without defects.
