TOOLING AXIS:

TOOLING AXIS (dotted line) is taken normal to extracted surface from CLASS A (Cyan colored) and is passing through centroid of extarcted surface.

DRAFT ANALYSIS:

1. Input: CLASS A SURFACE and TOOLING AXIS

GREEN COLOR shows the ejectability of the component in direction of tooling axis without any deformation to body surfaces.

2. Input: SOLID BODY and TOOLING AXIS

GREEN COLOR shows that no deformation will happen on body surface during mold opening in direction of tooling axis.

RED COLOR on inside surface shows deformation will happen on body surface during mold opening in direction of tooling axis.
