DRAFT ANALYSIS FOR CLASS - A SURFACE

DRAFT ANAYSIS ON SWITCH BEZEL COMPONENT:-

                       In this door bezel model, Red coloured is cleared by core side & Green coloured side is cleared by cavity side.

creating the tooling axis 

                         Firstly in X-axis , draw an bisecting line beween two draft surface

Then in Y-axis, we have only one draft surface , so we draw line at an standard draft angle of 3°.

 

       On bisecting both the lines we have the tooling axis.
