Generative shape design :

The main moto of the operation is to develop class B & class c surface using given class A surface

CLASS-B surface :Class B surfaces are the secondary surfaces that you can see sometimes, but are less important, such as the inside of your glovebox, ash tray, etc.. These must be smooth and "error-free" as well, but are not held to the standards that class A surfaces are

CLASS-C surface:Class C surfaces are the backside surfaces that can have tool marks, flash and other imperfections without hurting appearance, function, etc..

DRAFT ANALYSIS : The Draft Analysis command enables you to detect if the part you drafted will be easily removed. This type of analysis is performed based on color ranges identifying zones on the analyzed element where the deviation from the draft direction at any point, corresponds to specified values.

1.For the given class A surface my design part of the challenge is to design class B surfaces, initally designing of class b surface is also a important part in automotive industeries.

2.Now , the part have top be designed in class C surface too to make component finally.

3.Making the component to closed surfaces .

4.Defining the direction of the component plays a major role in Original manufacturing equipment to overcome the component cost with a liitle analysis of the part makes a major changes in cutting of the tool cost and handlings like flash etc.
