Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Coin Holder Design
CREATION OF TOOL AXIS DIRECTION
The initial base has been taken as the primary tool axis direction as it has the most flat base and which helps us to clear the tooling axis easily

Following to this we considered the YZ plane which has major side faces and the which in the draft axis
We have used intersect to find the product seems to meet 90 degree towards the flat face
As the both side of the faces started clearing on 0 and 90 degree to the flat face and z axis we ought to take the tooling line according to the passing point of base surface
THE TOOLING AXIS HAS BEEN FINALISED AND PUBLISHED

CREATION OF DRAFT ANALYSIS OF COINHOLDER
The above image is the final result of a draft analysis here by follows
The compass has been defined through the tooling axis direction which is able to calculated the draft direction
The lock position has been given once after the placement of the compass as the position deviation will not happen
Once the draft analysis has happened for the current object the result has exposed
The reason for the failure for most area of product it seems there is no minimum draft on the side walls which leads to a plastic defect while manufacturing it is recommended to the class a engineer to add minimum draft to clear the defect and the manufacturing will be bette
B SURFACE HAS BEEN CREATED

C SURFACE HAS BEEN CREATED

THE DRAFT ANALYSIS OF CLASS A SURFACE HAS BEEN ATTACHED

THE FRONT SIDE TOP AND OSOMETRIC VIEW PF COIN HOLDER HAS BEEN ATTACHED
