Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

• firstly i have created tooling axis with normal to surface,i create on the flat surface (number plate) because tooling must and should create on flat for getting accurate analysis
• Then  offsetting the entrie Class A surface for creating Class B & C surface
• while offseting the total class A surface there will miss some portion of surface ,for that adjacent portions should EXtract and remove the this adjacent matrial should remove by using joining command then extrapolite the multiple extract and trim with offseted surface for geeting single B surface
• repeat the same procedure for the remaining missing surfcae after that apply the fillets
• for creating Class C surface  we want to extract the Class A edges individual
• the with help of sweep command sweep the material wih normal to surface
• after creating Class C trim with Class B (B&C) then join with class A for obtaining closed body

with help of draftng tool analysis the closed body whether it statsfiy or not
