Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Coin Holder Design

• creating the tooling axis along normal to surface because it clearing all the surface from core and cavity(tooling direction is 90 deg with Class A surafce)
• extract base , side wall,top wall,and outer flange and untirm ,extrapolite then offset based on the thickness requeried
• after offsetting ,trim the extracted surfaces based Class A surface to get Class B surface
• apply all the fillets on Class B surface
• create sweep in perpendicular direction because tooling axis is 90 deg to the Class A surface
• based on the Class A surface create class C surface and join the class A & class C , trim with class B for getting closed surface
• Then go to part workbench for getting closed surface to compenent
