Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

Challenge is to create a bumper of 3mm thickness from the given Class A surface

Checked the class A surface for gaps using boundry command

Tooling axis

Interesection line of the Class A surface with plane was created. The two extreme side wall line were taken as reference for creating bisecting line. This bisecting line was considered as tooling axis. On the other plane side the surface of side walls were open and so there was not requirement of tooling axis. With the extracted tooling axis the draft analysis was done and the result is in the picture above.
