Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

Create the Bumper Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.

Creating Tooling Axis

After checking all directions it is found that X axis Direction is the possible tooling axis line. Created by selecting center surface as a center point and Two lines were created from the lines which are in the direction of tooling. Drawn bisecting line from the two bisecting lines from previous. Thus creating tooling axis.

Draft analysis of Class A surface.

This is a draft analysis result of class a surface. The draft angle is set to 2 degrees. Using tooling axis line the draft analysis is showed all area green which means we can proceed to create further process of design. there was no negetive surface.
