Draft Analysis on Class A Surface

Report on DRAFT ANALYSIS and TOOLING AXIS
Draft angle and Tooling axis enables the part to be removed from the mold more easily along with
Ejection of tool.
The draft angle will differ by the texture type, depth, direction, processing method, or
whether it will be undercut or not, but generally, 3 to 4° draft angle is necessary.
The draft angle of the outside (cavity side) big to make it easy to take out.

Creation of TOOLING AXIS with BISECTING Method
While creating the Toolind Axis first creat a ponit with refercnce to center of part,
thenn creat Dummy tooling axis.
Creat a center plane and take intersetion curve, With its help draw 2 line by point to point
with these 2 line draw a bisecting line.
