CLASS A

From given class A surface first we have to creat Tooling axis.

for that we have to select 2 tangent surfaces and make bisecting lines of them and that will be our tooling axis.

DRAFT ANALYSIS ON CLASS A

CREATION OF CLASS B SURFACE

First offset Class A surface with 2.5 mm

after offset there will be some error which will show that some of the patches are not offset and it will show open boundary there.

so we have to fix them with commands like Multiple extract, multisection view, Extrapolate etc.

Final Class B surface

CREATION OF CLASS C

So for this by creation boundary on Class A we can generate Class C surface with SWEEP command.

Join Class A & Class C with each other

Later on that Trim Class B with Join of Class A+C

After this check wheather any bounday is open or not, and later on that define part body and crat solid with closed =surface command in part work bench

DRAFT ANALYSIS ON SOLID PART

For that we have to select material mode and perform same step as we have done on Class A surface draft analysis.

DRAFT ANALYSIS WAS CLEARED BY FINAL SOLID COMPONANT WITHOUT ANY PROBLOM ,SO THE COMPONANT CAN BE MANUFACTURED .
