TOOLING AXIS
The tooling axis is created by using the bisection method.The intersecption is taken in y direction and created two the lines in the inclinde area of the part.By bisecting that two lines the tooling clearing y direction is created.Then intersecption is taken in x direction and one line is taken from the inclinde side and other line is created in point at some angle.Then tooling clearing x direction is created by bisecting that lines.Bisecting the tooling clearing x and y direction to create the TOOLING AXIS.
DRAFT ANALYSIS
The draft allow part to reject or eject from the mold.The draft analysis is to identify the draft angle of the part.The minimum draft angle 3.In the given part green indicate the 2.9 deg and red indicate the negitive value.
