Aim：Create the Switch Bezel Plastic component through the given Class-A surface.

Procedure:

import geometry

create intersection

create bisecting line

create another line with 5 degree

create another bisecting line-tooling axis

extract surfaces,untrim and extrapolate, trim

offset 2.5mm

trim everything

give fillets

use sweep to create c surface

join surface A and C and trim with surface B

go to part design, use close surface to create solid

draft analysis 2 degree

draft analysis 2.9 degree

Conclusion:

Class A, Class B and Class C surface are created. Parts are created using closed surface operation. Draft analysis are performed.
