Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Coin Holder Design

Aim : To design a Coin Holder Component with 2.5mm thickness.

Given Data : Class A surface

Tooling Direction :

Orange center line is the tooling direction.

Draft Analysis :

Draft analysis done to Class A surface with 3deg along tooling direction.

Class B surface :

Class C surface :

Class C surface is created using sweep feature with normal to surface option. This surface is required to close Surface A and Surface B.

Surface A+B+C :

Closed surface

Part Body :

After closing Surface A+B+C, this is converted to part body using close surface.

Draft Analysis :

Draft analysis done to part body using tooling direction with 3degree draft angle.
