#22 - Week 8 - Challenge 2 - Switch Bezel Design
In this challenge kindly give a short note on Tooling axis and class C surface incorrection. I need suggestions to rectify it.
Coin Holder Design
- Tooling Axis creation
- Draft Analysis on Class A Surface
- Creation of Class B Surface
- Creation of Class C Surface
- Draft Analysis on Class C Surface
1. Tooling Axis creation
Check the class A suface and find the boundaries, draw a tooling axis with a suitable surface using different commands like Extract, Bisecting lines, Intersections etc
2. Draft Analysis on Class A Surface
Analysing the surfaces with allowable deviation of the drafting surfaces 3 degee max.
3. Creation of Class B Surface
Extracting the surfaces with suitable commands to create a class B surface.
4. Creation of Class C Surface
Class C Surafce is the final plastic component , it's combines both class A and class B surface.
5. Draft Analysis on Class C Surface
Analysing the surfaces of the final product with allowable deviation of the drafting surfaces 3 degee max.
