Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Coin Holder Design

AIM:

To create a class B & C surface and part model of the given class A surface of the coin holder.

Draft analysis:

• Using feature draft analysis,given class A surface is analysed for draft angle.
• Upto 2.2 deg, good draft condtion for class A surface.

Tooling axis:

• In the given class A surface,surfaces are perpendicular i.e., one surface is 90 degree to another surface.
• Hence,a centre point is marked in the flat base surface.
• From the point,an axis line is created as tooling axis.
