Aim:Create the Base Bracket Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.

Procedure:

check conectivity using boundary

create a center of circle

create a dummy tooling axis Z direction

create a plane

intersect plane and part

create a bisecting line, this is tooling axis

draft analysis

Create B surface

extract surfaces

untrim surfaces

extrapolate

trim

same for the other side

Offset other surfaces and use trim to create B surface

give fillet

create C surface

do the same sweep for holes

join A and C surface and trim with B surface

final result

create a closed body
