Week 8 - Challenge 1 - Draft Analysis on a Fan Cover

The Draft Analysis command enables you to detect if the part you drafted will be easily removed. This type of analysis is performed based on color ranges identifying zones on the analyzed element where the deviation from the draft direction at any point, corresponds to specified values.

TOOLING AXIS

• If we want to create a bisecting line first we will create a mid point with the help of the fan cover
• after that we will create X tooling axis , the X tooling axis
• first we need create the axis system to create the draft
• after thwt we will create two lines on the fan component with help of the intersection tools
• to create a dummy tooling axis with help of the X axis
• we will do same process on the Y axis to create a dummy axis
• after that we create a bisecting line with the help of two dummy axis
