Week 8 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

DRAFT ANALYSIS:

Is the analysing draft angle on a surface or part ,to ansure the the how much angle should be on part.

TOOLING AXIS:

It is nothing but decideing which side core and which side cavity direction ,and aslo called as parting line, the tooling axis is used to make draft analysis on surface or part body.

• An explanation should be given on the way of creating the tooling axis, particularly the Bisecting method.

* First we need find dummy center of the surface

*and creating line on the point ( this is the dummy tooling axis)

* Creating the plane on point At Y direction

* And intersect the plane

* Creating line parrell to the angled intersect

* Bisecting the both line and finally we got TOOLING AXIS
