TOOLING AXIS CREATION
Using intersection method in Z direction, it is the best orientation to create the tooling direction. By taking the 2 inclines as reference, bisection line is created by bisecting option.
DRAFT ANALYSIS
Generally a draft angle of 0.5-3° is used. Here it is done by draft analysis option. First the compass is placed on the tooling axis and after fixing it, the component is selected for draft analysis. In the above screenshots, we came to know that the part is ranging between 0-3°. Also, the various colors indicates that the particular feature is having some various draft angles.
