DETAILED REPORT ON BASE BRACKET COMPONENT CREATION

Initially observed the A surface component and verified the draft angles with each surface and even checked the tooling axis direction in which axis

tooling axis creation using bisecting method

• initially created a dummy tooling axis by addressing the tooling direction to be the z axix and with respective the z axis created an dummy tooling axis by considering the surface
• Created a plane parallel through the point which is created the intersected the boundry
• Then considering the draft angles which is noted while under draft analysis created two lines where the draft angles are in positive direction cy considet point to direction method with the vertices as reference

Then with respective those two lines created a bisecting line in between these two and considered it as a actual tooling axis

DRAFT ANALYSIS

After creating the A,B,C surfaces and creating an closed surface in a part body and draft analysis is done and checked that all the surface are under proper draft angle by considering the colour variations
