Step 1: Draft Analysis and tooling direction seclection

Draft analysis is done to ensure the part has a positive draft and is manufacturable. The tooling direction will be set in a way that all the major holes will be covered in primary tooling direction.

Creation of Class B surface

Step 3:Creation of fillets

Fillets value can be determined from the Class A surface by creation of intercepts between Class A and a plane

Step 4: Creation of Class C surface and final trims

Class C surface has to be created using sweep command after creation of boundary over class A surface and extruding along tooling direction with a positive draft

Step 5: Creation of solid body using Close Surface command
