AIM:
To Create the Base Bracket Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.
OBJECTIVE:
To create the Base Bracket Plastic from the given Class A.
To ensure the all the sketch and tools in the Geometry set.
Give the proper name of the Geomatry set.
Create the Class B ad Class C.
INTRODUCTION:
With draft analysis, you can verify draft angles, examine angle changes within a face, as well as locate parting lines, injection, and ejection surfaces in parts.
Drafts are defined on molded parts to make them easier to remove from molds. There are two ways of determining the objects to draft: either by explicitly selecting the object or by selecting the neutral element, which makes the application detect the appropriate faces to use.
To create the Geomatry set with proper name and sub geomatry set also.
A positive draft means the angle of the face, with respect to the direction of pull, is more than the reference angle. Negative draft. Displays any faces with a negative draft, based on the reference draft angle you specified.
NOTE:
DOWNLOAD THE BASE BRACKET PLASTIC FROM THE QUESTION.
First check the draft analysis of the Class A we need to click customize view support mode check with toolbar.
With draft analysis, you can verify draft angles, examine angle changes within a face, as well as locate parting lines, injection, and ejection surfaces in parts.
Click the Tool of Draft Analysis check the Class A.
TOOLIN AXIS:
The direction in which the mold or core and cavity opens is the tooling axis. Connectivity of Class-A surface: Checking the connectivity of the surface, this can be done by creating boundaries or by simply using the join option such that any openings can be easily visualized.
After checking create the tooling axis to the Class Surface.
1) Point Direction.
2) Bisecting Tooling Axis.
Now we create the Bisecting Tooling Axis fron the intersection lines.
First create the center point and Axis System and then Create the intersection.
Create the line for bisecting.
Created two line are parent for the Tooling Axis. Create the new line by the bisecting option.
Ready with the tooling axis go to create the Class B and Class C.
let we strat
Create the Base Of Class B and offset to 2.5 mm.
After Extract the part untrim it and Extrapolate it to the all Extract parts.
Like wise create the Side 1 and Side 2 and Top Base also.
Trim with the Required parts we need.
And trim with base.
Complete the Class B with the Fillets.
Create the Class C by the Extract the Boundary and Sweep that.
Like same operation to Create the Two holes.
First thing Extract and then Sweep that.
To Join the Class A and Class C by the Join Tool.
After Trim the Final output comes.
FINAL SURFACE:
Check with the Draft Analysis.
After checking fill the solid part by the close surface command in the Part workbench.
