Week 8:- 3D Finishing Challenge 2
3D FINISH
The 3D finish is the process where design is completely finishing and ready to finalsimulation and 2D details.

In 3D finish we perform and ensure following below points.
-Hole concentricity and hole sizes,All parts should check and conform hole sizes and there position each other for fitment.
-Machining Area,The machining are for each and every part define for better assembly.
-Nominality,All unit dimensions are maintained by nominality to faciliate easy assambly and machining.
-Hole color standard,
Cream-Machining area.
Yellow-Threaded hole.
Blue-Dowel Hole.
Cyan-Simple hole.
-Fatner implementation,As per requirment of load on part fastner should implement.
-Avoiding clash between parts,Prper gap is maintained between parts to avoid the clash.
-Myler spliting as per panel profile,Spliting myler was conformed while finishing design.
-Proper rename of parts/assemblies as per standard,For identify each and every part in assemblies we can rename properly.
