Week 7 Challenge - Assembly Workbench

MODEL-1: QUICK RELEASE MECHANISM:- At the start of CATPRODUCT(ASSEMBLY). I analyzed the given model & dimenions and started creating in CATPART by doing individual part model(4 way strip, fixed cylinder, cylinder block structure, handle strip, single cylinder) and started doing individual drafting for every CATPART model.

and then opened the CATPRODUCT assembly sketch to arrange all models and form a assembled complete model by using a skeleton part as a reference and fixing the base by the FIXED tool for the model to not move from the desginated place.And giving the models suitable REFERENCE POINT & AXIS then using PUBLICATION publish the X,Y,Z PLANES and reference point and axis.Thus, using the COINCIDENCE CONSTRAINT TOOL, CONTACT CONSTRAINT TOOL & OFFSET CONSTRAINT TOOL adjust the model and using MOVE TOOLBAR to check rotating axis.Thus completing the model by fully attched body and started creating the DRAFTING.

MODEL-2: C V JOINT:- At the start of CATPRODUCT(ASSEMBLY). I analyzed the given model & dimenions and started creating in CATPART by doing individual part model( C V JOINT BASE, C V JOINT HOLDING STRUCTURE, C V JOINT C-CURVE CAP) and started doing individual drafting for every CATPART model.
