Week 7-12-Creation of 1D Connectors Challenge

Aim : Mesh the given components and establish the connectors as per given in the question.

Procedure :

• This is the CAD image of model given in the question.
• Mesh the component given with element size given in the question.
• Clear quality issues if there any.
• Now, establish the connections given in the question.

• This is one of the example of the connections done between the parts.
• Its is Hexa (Adhesive) type of connection done between Front truss 2, front truss 1 and left rail 1.
• In this way all the connections are made as per asked in the question.

Result :

• Making connections is very important part of CAE modeling.
• Connections are done in order to provide some sort of connectivity between different parts.
• Connectors may include bolt, adhesive, weld ( seam or spot ).
• In that too they had many variations.
• In this challenge we got the experience to make the connetions also learnt about different types of connetions.
