Creating connection for Rear door




Aim: For the given Rear door FE model, Create and Apply different PIDs for different components. Perform suitable connections.


Procedure:

- Assigned Different PID,s for the whole parts

- Did manual bolt connections

- Did Rbe2 bolt connections

- Did door handle conections and applied 10kg mass using CONMI

- Assigned cbush connections for windows

- Did spot wel connections

All connections assigned.


Conclusions:

Leraned assigning PID's for a part, learned about assigning manual bolt connection, learned assigning bolt connections with Rbe2 fetaure, learned about assigning door handle connection and assigning Mass on it, Learned about assigning cbush connections for windows and learned about assigning Spot Weld connection.
