Week 5 Challenge : Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly

Aim:

For the given models, check for the geometrical errors and delete surfaces which are unwanted for Surface wrap, After clearing geometry, Merge all 3 models and perform surface wrap.

Target length for Wrap = 3 mm

Procedure:

• Open ANSA import all 3 parts separately to clean up the geometry before merge.

Transmission:

• After importing the geometry check the errors and clear the errors by deleting triple cons and solve single cons and delete unwanted surfaces like ring from each and every parts individually.
• Then create required surface for wrap up the geometry and save it separately..

• After clean up the every geometry import and merge all 3 parts in single window.

• Go to wrap option change the target lenght and select required PIDs to wrap.
