As the driver is driving aggressively which means he need quick response from the system i.e. he need more power. If we see the below image which shows the power density vs energy density graph were the ultracapacitor has more power density compared to rest other batteries. Ultra capacitors is capable of delivering pick power during acceleration

From the above graph we can see the energy density and cell voltage for different batteries. For lead acid battery we have 40Wh/Kg energy density and 2V cell voltage, nickel cadmium battery have 70Wh/Kg energy density and 1.2V cell voltage, nickel metal hydride battery have 80Wh/Kg energy density and 1.2V cell voltage, lithium ion cobalt battery have 170Wh/Kg energy density and 3.6V cell voltage and ultra capacitor have 15Wh/Kg energy density and 2.5V cell voltage. It is very much clear that lithium ion cobalt battery have higher values when it comes to energy density and cell voltage which means it can store more energy compared to others. We can stack more cell compared to others to get more voltage and the weight also is less compared to others.

From the above graph we can interpretate that lathium ion cobalt battery have more energy density and cell voltage compared to others but when it comes to power density ultra capacitors have more than others. Lithium ion cobalt battery have higher energy density can supply an electronic load for longer than one with a low energy density and the same mass/volume. Ultra capacitor are good for short bursts of very high current. On the other hand, batteries are good at providing lower currents for extended periods of time.

During the first time charging there will be no lithium ion in the negative side, lithium ion dissociates and move towards the negative electrode and occupy the space between crystal structure. Electron from the positive side moves from positive to negative electode and combines with lithium ion and forms lithium atom. The more the lithium atoms more the charging during the discharge process it will be reverse.
