Week 4- Rolling operation

Aim:

The aim is to analyze the given model.

Objective:

Equivalent stress for the whole setup

Equivalent Plastic strain for the workpiece

Directional Deformation in the Z axis for the workpiece

Prove that the workpiece has displaced by 90mm

Procedure:

Initially the workbench is opened,

then the engg data is open and add the copper,

and the model has to be open and edit in the mechanical ansys,

then it should edited with the given constrains and add the requirements,

then add the required solution and solve the simulation and save it as archive.

The results and animation is attached to the assets.

Result :

Therefore the model hasbeen analyzed.
