1. Toolling Direction

The direction used to create a plastic molded component on the basis of core and cavity surfaces and parting surfaces, used to determine the direction in which part will be ejected from the mold.

3. Parting line

Parting line as the name suggests a line that seaparates the core and cavity surfaces based on the mold.

5. Tooling axis creation

1. First created a dummy die pull in X direction and analysed the skin for undercut .
2. On analysing the skin was in undercut at outboard area.
3. Hence tilted the die pull from X for 5 degree which resloved the undercut issue.
