Week 4 - 2D Meshing for Sheet Metal

Aim:-For the given CCB CAD model, Check for the Geometry cleanup Take the mid surface, and Mesh it with the below 2D element Quality criteria. 

Object of the project:-create a mib surface ,geometry cleanup,smooth mesh flow

1. upload model in your ANSA softwear
2. give TOPO(Through box selection)

5. chack geometry through Chack Manager and fix error.

after fix error.

Mid surface:- after geometry cleanup, we are ready to take mid surface.

1. we can  be use some tool to take mid surface like offset,mid sueface(skin casting).

3. After take mid,we go for meshing

Meshing:-

1. Before taking mid surface, we should set quality criteria.
2. 
3. To take mesh,we can use BEST ,SOPT meshing,free etc.
4. To fix tria problem,we can use Reconstruct tool,Smoothing,split,swap etc.
