Week 3 - 2D meshing for Sheet metal

object- Take the mid surface for all the components after checking the geometrical errors and mesh the mid surface with the given element Quality criteria.

first give topo then done geometry clean-up using release,topo,tnsert hot point etc.

after geometry clean-up, i take mid-surfce using offset befor it. you must be taken measure.

then i go mesh and use length tool to give average lenth of parameter. And remove unnecessary cut and take cut to devided part foe smooth mesh flow .then give quality criteria.

then i take mesh using best, spotmesh. After that we use reconstruct tool to reduce tria.for reducing tria i used split,swap,colleps etc.
