Week - 4 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

Aim: To Pre-process the Given Plastic Model Using ANSA V20.14

Pre-Processing Procedure Includes:

1.Save Part In Lock View

2.Check Geometry & Solve Errors(If Found)

3.Increase CONS Resolution(Value:1)

4.Measure Thickness of Parts Separately and Save Measurements

5.Generate MID Surface & give Seperate PID for Varying Thickness Parts

6.Save MID

7.Apply TOPO to MID

8.Apply Perimeter and Macros Length

9.Give Mesh & Quality Parameters

10.Perform Meshing to All Parts separately

11.Save .ansa File

Learning OutComes:

-Learned How to Preprocess any Plastic Part with Varying Thickness
