Model:

Procedure:
1. Import the model and check for geometry as shown.

2. Fix the Geometrical issues using autofix and ensure there are no errors.
3. Measure the component to extract the midsurface.

4. Select Faces - Offest - select the surface to offset.

5. Assign New PID for the extracted midsurface and assign the thickness.

6. Extract the midsurface for the remaining surfaces as per measurement.
7. Few extracted surfaces have to be extended Faces - Extend.

Before Extending

After Extending
8. The middle surface for Thread is extracted by creating middle curves and creating a surface.
Curves - Middle - select two lines.

Select the other set of lines and create a middle line. Using the two middle lines surface is created.

9. Extend all the nessary surfaces as per the parent geometry and the final extracted midsurface is as shown.

10. Enter the mesh and quality parameters as provided in the quality criteria and set the perimeter length for the middle surface.

11. Mesh the Entire surface as per quality parameters and maintain proper mesh flow by remeshing and smoothing operations.

12. Check for quality and eliminate elements failing.

13. Click on quality criteria and enable draw shell as solids to show the assigned thickness.

Conclusion:
The Bottle Cap is meshed as per quality criteria and thickness is assigned.
