Aim: CFD meshing on Turbo charger

Procedure:

Turbo charger TOPO cleanup Process

1)Removing of all single cons

2)Turbo charger with no single cons

3)Geomentry checks for single cons

4)Closing of all opening surface

5)Assingment of PID

6)Surface Meshing of all the PIDS

7)Auto detect of whole volume for volumetric mesh

8)Volumetric mesh done for fluid path components

9)Found no unmeshed surface in surface meshing and volumetric mesh

10)Volumetric mesh cross section view

CONCLUSION:

CFD meshing on the turbo charger is done. Above i have attached the step by step procedure with snapshots.I am not able to attach the ANSA file because is too large to upload. Below i attached the screenshot for your verification
