1) For EV_defaults_in file, if cargo mass is 500 kg with all other default conditions, can the vehicle travel for 45 km with FTP drive cycle? Conclude your observations.

At first we need to change the cargo mass for the vehicle from default value to 500. by clicking continue we will move to the next window

Hear we can see that the time periode of this drive cycle is 2477 s , in that given time the vehicle can move upto 17.77 km therefore we need to run this simulation with more than 4 cycle

Next step is to change the drive cycle to CYC_FTP. And the thedrive cycle is done for 7 times.

result:

as the result graph shows the max distance covered is 41.4 km, therefor the vehicle cannot travel 45km with the given cargo

2. In the above case, try changing the battery capacity and repeat the simulation.

BY default the battery capacity is 25 we can change the value to 75 and repet the simulation.

result:

the distance covered by the vehicle is incresed to 123km.

3. Perform gradeability test with PRIUS_Jpn_defaults_in file. Compare your results in table and conclude.
