Week 2 Challenge : Surface meshing on a Pressure valve

Aim :Surface meshing on a pressure valve with three different trarget lengths..

Procedure:

1.Intially to open a software on cfd to open the ansa softwre.

2.Open ansa software to the surface meshing on a pressue valve to imported.

3.Completing the import a modal intially to check the gomentry to verfiy the modal to understand the modal have any error.

4.In this topology having the single cons and triple cons to ditact the error.

5.Remove the error to the topo clean up to using the faces to new opreation,file hole tools uesd to clean up the single cons .

6.Again to gomentry to chech by using check opration to identify.

7. To clean up the error in the surface having any unwanted cons to removing to improve in the good mesh .

8.After that by using the propertie tool used to ceate new name to creat in the shell property to creat a name.

9.creat a name to assigning the the topolgy to the indivdually to select on by one part to select to using the entity,pId region ,boolen operation using to give the names.

10.To open the mesh to the length to give the topolgy to permiters,macros to given.

11.Mesh perameter ,quality check to change the requied mesh to minimum,maximum and taragt to giving the modal.

12.spot meshing opertion is used to giving topolgy to update the meshing insted of select the part to using the entity ,PID region option to giving the mesh to the surfaces. 

LEARNING :

1.how to check the gomentry and identify error.

2.how to clean up the topolgy by using the  file hole ,face tool to new operation .

3.to understand the remove the unwanted cons by using cut operation improve the mesh qality.

4. how to create a properties to create name and assaing the the topology.

5.to giving different type of length how the modal is changes to giving mesh.

Outcomes:1.Redusing the length, nods and elements to improving and finite meshing is genarated.

                  2.length size is high the modal is chage the shape.

result: To observing the 3mesh 1 mm length is giving the finite meshing to the modal.

conclusion:1.Topo clean up  by using gomentry.

                   2.Done the mesh meshing in three different target length.
