1.Create column properties for different types of pedestal members and model in the grids created as per the assignment 1

ANSWER

• Open the new file on Tekla software.
• To analyze and note down the layout dimension, Grid formation about a Given Plan model.
• To Draw the Grids along X and Y direction at an appropriate location of assured measurement.

• Home > Manage property sets > to Add material of steel and column.
• Then, most important factor of preparing the construction level of various stages ( from base to top ).

• Then, we add the concrete Column properties with the appropriate Dimension of Base to Ground level ( Pedestrians).
• The properties to be created using manage property for each type of column.

2. Create column properties for steel columns and model columns in the grid created as per assignment 1.

ANSWER

• After finishing of the ground floor level of modeling, now we add about a steel column for all other stages of construction.
• Creating a steel column property of Size, height, grade of steel.

• The properties to be created using manage property for each type of column.
• Insert the column at Ground level at base and top level at our requirement of stages.
• The column are added in Grids intersection and to assign the properties of column.
• Finallu we added, then to check Validate option of any mismatch could occur.
• similarly we can check out the 3D structure Base.

3.Create beam properties and model primary and seecondary beams on the ground floor

ANSWER

• After completion of Fixing the column, now we need to add the Beam.
• To add the Beam at intermediate point of one column to another column.

• Before we add the properties of Different type of Steel.
• For here we taken the steel type of MB500, MB350, MB250.

• we added the beam at all intersection of column , then we check about the clear span length.
• It may more long along the design categories, on there we have to provide the secondary beam of split out the span length at required design length.
• Then we check Vlidate option to proper joints among all intersection.
