Week 14 challenge

BUTTERFLY VALVE ASSEMBLY

At the first created the parts of butterfly valve using the siemns NX CAD and assembled it togather.

The parts of the butterfly valves are

1) BODY

2) RETAINER

3) STEM

4) DISC PLATE

5) NUT

6) SCREW

7) LEVER HANDLE

after createing the parts seperatly assembled it togather using the commands axxis to axxis contac and face to face contacts.

The GD&T applied to the assymbly on the final stage using the drafting.

Applied all the neccossery datums and feature control frames to the parts and to the assembly.
