Week 14 challenge

Objective : 

1. To asselmble the butterfly valve

2. To apply GD and T to the assembly 

Answers :

1. Imported all the part files to assembly workbench .

2. Alligned the disc scre holes with shaft screw holes 

3. Constrained the disc and shaft using surface to surface touch 

4. Alligned the screw axis to disc hole axis .

5. Constrained 2 screws using surface to surface mating 

6. Alligned the Shaft axis with body hole axis 

7. Positioned the shaft and made surface to surface mating

8. Alligned the key slot in shaft and lever

9. Alligned the axis of lever hole and shaft axis 

10. Axially Alligned the retainer holes with holes in body and made surface to surface constrain

11. Axially alligned the 3 screws with retainer holes 

12. Made surface to surface constrain 

13. Alligned and  surface constrained the nut 

Hence the butterfly valve was assembled
