Week 14 challenge

The Assemly is created in following steps-

1) The body is contrained with CSYS of body and CSYS of assembly file.

2) The the shaft is constrained using Axis Align and distance mate from bottom of shaft and lower body surface.

3) The plate is mounted using the two holes axis align and touch align command.

4) The screw axis were aligned and the faces were touvh align.

5) The reatiner axis is aligned with axis of body then the faces are align and at last one hole axis is align for complete constrain.

6) The lever axis is align to shaft and the key-way surfaces are aligned too for lockung the lever and shaft together and finally faces are aligned.

7) Finally nut axis and faces are aligned.

The datum target A1, A2 & A3 are assigned, since this face is goint to be assembled with other component, so its flatness should be controlled. Also, the perpendicularity and position tolerance is given to control position & orientation of holes. A profile tolerance is given to the opposite face of Datum A in order to control feature size. At last position tolerance is given to opp. face holes in order to control its co-axiality.
